My associate, Cindy Fletcher and I, provide our clients with turn key property management.
What that means is we can do everything for you and your properties.
- Before we lease a property, we tour the home and make certain it is in rent ready condition.
- Advertise the property
- Meet prospective tenants
- Qualify them by verifiying income, employment and references
- Handle all the calls for maintenance issues
- Hire the subcontractors to make any required repairs
- Send you a statement and a check each month
- Handle evictions if needed

We handle properties from small condo's to four plexes, and on a case by case basis, some larger properties
We only normally only lease properties in South Orange County but we can make exceptions in certain cases.
We can offer the full range of service, or just what you need .
If you are comfortable with the month to month work involved in managing your property, then we will just do what is called a Lease up, where we advertise , meet potential tenents and lease the property for you.
